Note: The planning application can not be submitted until the Company has finalised its Water Resources Management Plan (WRMP). In September 2010 a Public Consultation on the plan commenced, the deadline for provision of comments was 26 November 2010. The Company considered the responses and submitted a revised plan to DEFRA on 16 March 2011. For further information click here.
