Special Help For Vulnerable Metered Customers
We have a special tariff for metered customers who have to use large amounts of water. To be eligible for this tariff you must be on one of eight benefits and you or your child should have an illness, which requires you to use an additional amount of water or you must have three or more children under 19 living with you.
