WaterSure
WaterSure is a capped tariff for customers who have a water meter and meet the necessary requirements.
How do I qualify?
Your supply must be metered
The person who pays the bill or someone within the household must be in receipt of the appropriate benefits ( shown on the application) or tax credit including:
- Income Support
- Income-based Job Seeker’s Allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Pension Credit
- Working tax credit
- Child tax credit (other than just the family element)
- Employment Support Allowance
AND
There are either three children under the age of 19 living in the household for whom the person receiving the benefit also claims Child Benefit.
OR
You or someone living in your household has a medical condition that means they use a lot of extra water.
The capped charge for the period 1st July 2012 to 30th June 2013 is £94.67
