country. At 25p, the average daily cost to you is still below the cost
of a daily newspaper. To view our full Scheme of Charges for 2008-2009, click here (requires Acrobat Reader). Our Charges for 2008/2009 are:
Subject to a Minimum Annual Charge of £65.00. For those properties which have no rateable value, an unmeasured flat rate charge of £96.00 per year is payable. For Example : House with a Rateable Value of £206
Charging by Rateable Value In April 1995 the Government announced that we can continue to use Rateable Values for charging purposes. For those properties without a Rateable Value and who are not on a meter we charge a Licence Fee for the supply of water.

b) Large Users - for customers with an annual water consumption of 50,000 cubic metres or more at a single site
We have a special tariff for metered customers who have to use large amounts of water. To be eligible for this tariff you must be on one of seven benefits and you or your child should have an illness, which requires you to use an additional amount of water or you must have three or more children under 19 living with you.
