Wholesale Scheme of Charges 2017-18
The Board of Portsmouth Water have published its wholesale charges scheme for 2017/18.
This includes its charges and policies for the new Non-household Retail Market, which will start in April 2017.
The Board also provide Ofwat and other stakeholders with an Assurance Statement on the scheme.
