Arrears Assist Application

Do you need help with debt that has built up on your water supply account? Arrears Assist is our support scheme that is designed to help customers who:

  1. Have more than £300 of arrears with Portsmouth Water and
  2. Have not made a payment in the past twelve months

After your application has been reviewed, you qualify for the scheme and maintain regular payments, Portsmouth Water will match those payments on the account. This also means that your future bills will need to be paid in full.

The information you provide will be used to update your account and allow us to find a financial solution that meets your needs. We will hold and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, or you can call us on 023 9249 9666 to request a copy
