Do you need help with debt that has built up on your water supply account? Arrears Assist is our support scheme that is designed to help customers who:
- Have more than £300 of arrears with Portsmouth Water and
- Have not made a payment in the past twelve months
After your application has been reviewed, you qualify for the scheme and maintain regular payments, Portsmouth Water will match those payments on the account. This also means that your future bills will need to be paid in full.
