What is WaterSure?

For those that meet the criteria, The WaterSure Tariff can help by putting a cap on your water bill at the average metered bill amount.
This is currently £158.61 for the billing year running until April 2026.

Who is eligible?

To apply for the scheme, you must be receiving benefits and need to use a lot of water either for medical reasons, or because your household has a certain number of children living at home. You also need to have, or be willing to have a water meter installed.
