Institute of Customer Service

In February 2015 Portsmouth Water joined the Institute of Customer Service.  At Portsmouth Water we aim to deliver the highest levels of customer service.  The Institute leads the way in terms of setting service standards and supporting organisational and individual performance through delivering service excellence.

Our customers complete yearly surveys through The Institute to help us compare our service to other Utilities and wider markets such as Banks and Building Societies, Retailers, Manufacturing and Transport.

In 2018 we achieved the ServiceMark accreditation, which is a national standard recognising an organisation’s achievement in customer service and its commitment to upholding those standards. We are very proud of this achievement as it shows the dedication and commitment of the employees towards our customers and each other.
