Our role as your water company is to provide clean drinking water to all our customers, and we work hard to make that happen. We also have a role to enhance the communities we serve and by working together we can achieve more than we can alone.
Taking part in our survey will help us build a better understanding about our communities specific needs and desires beyond the service we provide as a drinking water supply company. This understanding will then allow us to shape our business decisions with our community in mind.
Your answers will remain anonymous in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). There are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers – we just would like your honest feedback on Our Community Partnership.
